Laulmine on eestlaste puhul \u00fcks fantastiline fenomen. Iga muusikaga l\u00e4hemalt seotud eestlane saab v\u00e4lismaalt vaadates vaid kiita Eesti koolis\u00fcsteemi, kus laulutunnid ikka veel au sees. Pea iga last on v\u00f5imalik nooti lugema ja laulma \u00f5petada. Eestis tegeletakse sellega t\u00f5siselt, aga n\u00e4iteks Saksamaal v\u00e4ga v\u00e4he v\u00f5i \u00fcldse mitte.<\/p>\n

Laulupeod…<\/a> See tunne, see k\u00f5la, see meeleolu \u2013 see on lihtsalt v\u00f5imas! Kes seda kogenud pole, on elus millestki ilusast ilma j\u00e4\u00e4nud. Olen vist k\u00fcll vaid \u00fchte eestlast kohanud, kes \u00fctles, et eelistab laulukaare all laulmisele publiku hulgas olla.<\/p>\n

\"laulukaar_eha_640\"<\/a>Teadvustasin eestlaseks olemise enesele palju selgemalt siis, kui Saksamaale elama sattusin. Tahan, et mu laps ka edaspidi eesti keelt r\u00e4\u00e4giks, tahan Eesti asjadega kursis olla ja tahan laulupeole! Maailm on nii v\u00e4ike, vahet pole, kus elada!<\/p>\n

Oma tegemistega tahab Euroopa Eestlaste Koor tutvustada Eestit ja Eesti kultuuri ning k\u00f5ike, mida on selle v\u00e4ikese rahva juures v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikku.<\/p>\n

\"_DSC8463\"<\/a>These pages are about who we are and where we come from. Firstly, though, let me tell you about why how and why we got together.<\/p>\n

Singing is in the blood of all Estonians. We should be proud of the Estonian school system where singing lessons are still compulsory. It is possible to teach almost any child to read music and to learn singing. This still happens in Estonia, but sadly, it is longer the case in Germany.<\/p>\n

Estonian Song Festivals…<\/a> The feeling, the sound and the atmosphere \u2013 it is simply fantastic! It is something you really have to experience for yourself in order to appreciate its significance.\u00a0I have actually met only one Estonian who said that he preferred listening to the Song Festival rather than participating as a singer!<\/p>\n

\"lauljad_640\"<\/a>I have gained a much better understanding of what it means to be Estonian since moving to Germany. I want my child to continue speaking Estonian. I want to be up to date with what is going on in Estonia and I want to participate in the Song Festival! The world is small \u2013 it does not actually make much difference where we live!<\/p>\n

It is through ourselves and our actions that we represent Estonia and what is important to us!<\/p>\n
